How shall I order? What is the process?

After you submit your order and pay according to the prompts online, we will deliver the flowers to your address at your required time.

How long will I get my ordered flowers (or cake)?

After your order and payment, flowers will be delivered to the recipient in about 3 hours. Cakes will be delivered in half a day if ordered in advance.

You are free to choose the delivery date when placing an order because we are a national chain. Goods will be delivered by local franchise stores, to ensure the freshness of goods.

How long shall I order in advance if I want to send flowers (or cake)?

Flowers (or cake) will be delivered in half a day if ordered in advance; of course, you are welcomed to order one month, two months, six months, or even longer in advance. We will deliver the goods on your appointed day. In brief, the earlier you order, the better, so that we can arrange in advance.

Is off-site flower delivery available? [Specific example: I am in Beijing. May I order flowers delivered to Changsha? ]

Yes. Hua.com is a national chain, of which the goods may be delivered to cities above the prefecture level (to part of prefecture-level cities in Tibet, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia), totaled 1,500 cities nationwide.

Are flowers delivered for free?

Delivery in urban area is free of charge, and suburb 50 yuan. Please confirm whether the remote area is within the delivery scope and the corresponding delivery fee. Our delivery scope: Distribution scope

May I choose a certain time period to deliver?

You may choose a time period among morning (8:30-12:00), afternoon (12:00-18:00) and evening (18:00-21:00) when submitting an order. Special tip: If the good can not be delivered within your selected time period because the time interval between your order time and your selected time period is less than 3 hours, we will try our best to deliver it within 3 hours after your payment.

Will the delivered flowers be the same as those on the picture?

Basically the same. Florists will make bouquets according to the pictures and the requirements of texts. The branch number and color of main flowers are exactly the same. But the effect of bouquets may differ slightly because of the different techniques of florists.

How shall I pay?

We support the payment of WeChat, Alipay, PayPal (VISA, Master card, AE card, etc.), and so on. You may choose a payment method when placing an order, and pay directly online after the order is generated. It is very quick and convenient.

Will there be any description on the order after my payment?

Yes. After your successful payment, the order status will be “paid”, and we will send you a massage/email confirming the receipt of your payment.

Is cash before delivery? How to ensure that my goods can be delivered as required if pay in advance?

Yes. We are the leading flower delivery service provider in China, with a good market reputation and a wide range of industry influence. We with serve attentively and never disappoint you.

May I place an order on APP or Wechat?

Yes. Please download the Hua.com Client through APP store/Android application center or follow the WeChat Official Account of “huacomvip” to place orders. Order on a mobile terminal is more favorable than on PC.

Will the preserved fresh flower or gift be delivered on the same day of purchase?

No. The preserved fresh flower and gift are sent out from our headquarters in Shenzhen, with SF Express generally. Goods will be sent out to more than 100 major cities within the order day and received the next day.

May I modify or cancel the order after submitting?

The order of the day before delivery may be accepted for modified or canceled. Please contact online customer service personnel or call the customer service hotline: +852-88855678 at working hours from 8:30 to 21:00 (Saturdays, Sundays work as usual) to modify or cancel the order; please contact the customer service 2 days in advance for the modification or cancellation of the order during major festivals.

Order in major festival shall be placed at least one day in advance. After your ordering and payment, we will immediately arrange florist to process. Please carefully check the contents of the order. We are sorry that the content of greeting card is not allowed to be modified.

Cancellation and modification of orders will not be accepted if the flowers are to be delivered on the day of ordering (except for modifications of recipient’s contact number or receiver address). Definitions of major festivals: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Double Seventh Festival, Christmas, and Women’s Day.

May I place an order by phone?

Absolutely. Your patronage is our pleasure. The detailed information of the recipient and greeting card messages shall be filled in when ordering, so we suggest that you shall place an order online, so you will have the time to consider and fill the messages.
