You may submit an order to be delivered on the same day, but you shall successfully submit and pay for it before 17:00. Orders submitted and paid after 17:00 shall be dealt with as follows: If your order is within our delivery capacity, it will be delivered on that day; otherwise it will be arranged directly to be delivered the next morning. In case of the above situation, please contact our customer service staff to confirm whether your goods will be delivered at your required time.
We will send at least 3 emails for each order, respectively: notification email after order submission, confirmation email of the receipt of payment and notification email of delivery. (Emails will be sent automatically by the system. Due to network problems, there will be occasional delays or unavailability, and additional cases that emails will be in the junk folder.)

4. Member purchase/nonmember purchase:
If you are a registered member, log in at the member login area on the left and enter your order. If you do not want to register as a member, click “Nonmember purchase. Next” on the right. For both cases above, you will enter the page to fill in the purchaser information.
5. Fill in order information:
Fill in delivery details first: recipient’s name, telephone number, select the delivery province - city - region, and then fill in the purchaser’s information, delivery date, and the content greeting card.
6. Submit the order:
After filling, click “Filling completed, next”. Carefully check the filled information and the payment method that you may return to modify. If confirmed, click “Above information is exact, submit the order”. After submitting, an order number will be automatically generated.
7. Payment:

Please choose online payment platform. We support the online payment methods of WeChat, Alipay, PayPal (support the balance payment of PayPal; VISA card, Master card, AE card and other credit card payment), and so on. You may choose one of the above payment methods after placing an order. It is very quick and convenient.
Only the above online payment methods are supported. We are sorry that other payment methods (such as wire transfer, Western Union transfer, etc.) are not acceptable.

If we confirm your delivery address is suburban and you have not correctly selected and paid the corresponding delivery fee while arranging your order, we will contact you to inform about the delivery address and delivery fee, to process the order after asking your opinion. If we cannot contact you in time through your left contact information, and you have successfully paid for the products in the order but haven't paid or fully paid the delivery fee which is less than 60 yuan, we will arrange delivery by default, not affecting the delivery of the order. Special instructions for delivery time: In principle, we will not promise to deliver in a very specific time such as “? clock ? minute”. 1.We will not be liable for any delay of order or failure to deliver due to the following circumstances:
#The recipient does not appear in the designated delivery address in the delivery time, and no one else appears there to collect the goods;
# Force majeure, for example: natural disaster, traffic control, and so on;
2. We will try to contact the customer in three ways: contact the recipient, contact the orderer, and contact the collecting agent. If failed, we will stop delivery and not resume the service until the relevant client reappoint a time;

4. For the following circumstances, we are only responsible for delivery once, and will not be responsible for the repeated delivery fee and the dissipation fee of flower materials aroused therefrom:
# Recipient rejects the goods;
# In the case of failure to contact with the recipient, the client still requires to continue the delivery;
# Deliver the goods to the address and in the time appointed the recipient, but the recipient does not appear;
5. Please check and acept your goods on the spot when receiving the flowers/cake. If detected any quality problem, you have the right to reject the goods or request to exchange goods. Please indicate the rejection or replacement reasons on the receipt form.
For Spring Festival, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Double Seventh Festival, Teacher’s Day, 520 Internet Valentine’s Day, Christmas and other important festivals, we only promise to deliver on the same day, not promising a specific delivery time. The time period selected by client only served as a reference for us to arrange delivery route. We will try to meet the requirement, but it shall not be a service commitment.
We guarantee that the flowers/cakes are fresh when delivered to you. The recipient must take fresh keeping treatments as soon as receipt, so as not to affect the quality of the goods.
Due to the seasonality and the strong variation of the supply channels of flowers, it is possible that some of your selected flowers may be unavailable. For the non-major flowers, we will replace them with flowers of the same meaning, similar materials and the same value, trying our best not to influence the effect of your selected flowers. For the main flowers, we will take actions after asking your opinions. We beg your understanding;
Due to the short preservation time of flowers/cakes, if the recipient is not at your provided address within your requested time, and there is no collecting agent knowing the recipient around there, we will contact with the recipient and the orderer. If failed and the delivery is delayed, we will decide whether to re-deliver according to the situation. If the recipient rejects the goods not because of our reasons, we will contact and communicate with the orderer. If the flowers/cakes pass their preservation time and we still cannot contact the orderer through the left contact information of the order, or the orderer does not give a reply after being informed, the order shall be deemed as delivered.
If the city you want to deliver to is not in our Delivery Coverage list, please contact our customer service staff, and we will try our best to help you. When you filling in an order, if: If the address you want to deliver to is not in our Delivery Coverage, or far beyond the city, which may need additional delivery fee, please contact our customer service staff to confirm. If fail to timely contact you through your left contact information, the order will be withdraw after 3 days beyond the delivery time. Your payment will be saved in your member account by default, and returned in your designated way after getting in touch with you.
About gift:
Tips: Gifts will be delivered by SF Express by default. For goods containing liquids, batteries and other goods not suitable for air transportation, gifts will be delivered by SF land transportation or ZTO Express.

Fresh flower: if not fresh, please send us your feedback within 2 hours after receiving flowers in the summer, and within 4 hours in other seasons.
Cake: if not fresh, please send us your feedback within 3 hours after receiving the cake.
Chocolate or other prepackaged foods: if there are quality problems, please send us your feedback within 1 day after receiving the goods.
